Introduced in August 1989, The SE FDHD was an update to the SE. It added a single 1.4 MB floppy drive and standardized the previously optional 40 MB hard drive. The Mac SE FDHD was also sold with a 20 MB hard drive in Europe as the Mac SE 1/20. The price remained the same. Thanks to Eric Rasmussen For OS info.
